Summary
The GEPRC ZX5 190 FPV racing quadcopter airframe is a light weight, super stiff, finely tuned airframe designed for high performance FPV Drone Racing. It implements 4mm thick removable arms and supports 4" or 5" propellers, built with 2mm thick carbon fiber plate through out the body giving you the best of both durability and performance.
With the True-X shape frame and equidistant arms it has a great center of gravity on both Pitch and Roll axis which is considered a great advantage for freestylers who do some crazy move in speed, no matter you are a LOS (Line of Sight) player, freestylers or FPV (First Person View) racer, you will find the the ZX5 190 very easy to control, sharp and precisive handling.
The GEPRC ZX5 190 quad allows you to make an extremely fast arm changeovers in race pit, it implements a custom developed, precision machined aluminum mounting hardware in the center, it allows the pilot to remove an arm by removing 3 screws from the bottom of the airframe without the need to worry about holding nuts or other hardware on the inside of the airframe. One 2mm Allen tool is all that is needed to completely remove an arm within seconds. The naked ZX5 190 frame kit weighs only 110g (with PDB, but no other electronics or motors), less mass means less damage during crash and faster maneuvering.
The airframe comes with all Aluminum hardware. All screws are premium, black oxide steel. The long aluminum spacers are also anodized red and black, and for the first time, have a textured grip surface treatment, which facilitates holding of the spacers during assembly and servicing of the airframe.
Included with the ZX5 190 kit is a power distribution board with both 5V and 12V UBEC built-in, use them to power the Flight Controller, Camera and VTX, also, there is a XT60 pig-tail for connecting battery.
